August 12, 2008 - What does a Border Collie do?  The Border Collies are the famous APDT Conference volunteer crew and there are a variety of ways you can get involved.  Help check name tags at the session doors, monitor the rooms and be willing to jump in and ask ‘how may I help you?’   And when it’s all over we will give you a conference T-shirt as our thanks for your help.  It is one of the best ways to meet new people and form new friendships.

Call for Speaker Proposals

July 28, 2008 - You are invited to submit a presentation proposal for the APDT’s 2009 Annual Conference. The 2009 Conference and Trade Show will be held October 21 – 25, 2009, at the Marriott City Center, Oakland/San Francisco, California.

May 15, 2008 - For more information on requirements for each award visit the Awards Section. Deadline for the award applications/essays June 9, 2008.

No Certification Exam at Conference

May 14, 2008 - There will not be a Certification Exam at the Conference this year. You are advised to visit the CCPDT web site and review their new computerized testing centers.
