Post Trail Paperwork Revision

Beginning June 1, post-trial paperwork corrections/revisions are subject to a $25.00 Administrative Research Fee. Payment is not required at the time of inquiry, but exhibitors must provide the following information when making an inquiry:

• Dog Registration number
• Dog's Registered Name
• Owner's Name
• Email address
• Trial Host Name
• Date of trial
• Please circle: Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Score (if known)

Upon receipt of the above information, the APDT Rally office will contact the Trial Host to verify the registration number as submitted to them by the exhibitor. Trial hosts must then provide APDT Rally with a copy of the exhibitor's trial entry as verification. Trial hosts must keep copies of trial entries for a period of one year from date of trial (as with all other post trial paperwork). Requests received by the APDT Rally office must be made within one year of the trial in order to be processed.

If the exhibitor has furnished the trial host with an incorrect registration number, the exhibitor will be notified andmust pay the $25.00 Administrative Fee directly to APDT Rally to correct the error and properly credit trial scores. The error will not be corrected until payment has been received.

If the trial host has made an error in reporting the registration number, the trial host will be notified and must pay the $25.00 Administrative Fee directly to APDT Rally to correct the error. If the trial host fails to pay the fee within 30 days of notification, any future trial applications will not be approved until payment has been received.

The above does not replace the following policy as stated in the Rules and Guidelines:

• All post trial paperwork must include dog registration numbers. In the event post trial paperwork is submitted with missing or incorrect registration numbers, exhibitors will not receive credit for any qualifying scores. A $50.00 fine will be assessed to any trial host that submits post trial paperwork with missing numbers.
